Brackets types:
Angle:
Clevis Bolt Mounted Style:
Angle Brackets provide extra clearance for supporting insulator strings and other suspension hardware at angle structures. These angle brackets have closed, drop forged oval eyes. They are fastened to the crossarm or pole by means of drop forged clevis bolts. (See Bolts, Clevis for further details.)

Angle Double Deadend:
Features: Allow angle construction applications by deadending to the two termination points of the bracket. Pole mounting slots are 15/16 inch x 1-1/2 inch to accommodate 7/8-inch diameter bolts

Apparatus Mounting:
Features: Engineered for strength and mounting a variety of electrical equipment including arresters, cutouts, combination units, and terminations.
Material: Steel hot dip galvanized

Cable Extension:
Features: Supports a telephone cable at a distance from the pole.
Application:
The messenger cable is held by a standard J1096 suspension clamp which is bolted up against the underside of the two angles by a 5/8-inch machine bolt. This machine bolt is fitted between the legs of the two angles and can be adjusted for proper extension from the pole.
Mounting is accomplished by a 5/8 or 3/4-inch machine bolt at the upper position and two 1/2-inch lag screws at the lower.
Mounting bolts, lag screws and suspension clamps must be ordered separately.

Conduit Mounting Standoff:
Material: Steel; Hot Dip Galvanized
Hot Dip Galvanized: These brackets will accommodate from one to three conduits up to 6-inch diameter each. The conduit is secured by banding to the post on the bracket. Mounting is accomplished with a 5/8-inch diameter machine bolt

Insulator:

Features: These brackets are used to mount post type insulators from 15kV through 34.5kV directly to the side of the pole, thus eliminating a crossarm assembly

Insulator & Equipment:
Features: "VIB", "IAC" and "IACB" series provide flexibility for mounting a variety of equipment including: arresters, cutouts, line post insulators, insulator pins cable terminations and flood lights.

Designed for new construction and accommodates pole diameters of "6 to 11 inches"
Pole end consists of a 5/8-inch bolt, welded washer, square nut and lock nut

Spool insulators and lag screws are ordered separately
Provides 11-3/4" extension from the pole

Neutral Wire:
Features:
The NWB5 is a non-insulating malleable iron bracket for pole mounting of neutral wire. The bracket accommodates wire diameter up to and including .666-inch (336.4AAC). The bracket includes spikes in the mounting surface which, upon installation, embed into wood pole to resist movement. Accommodates 5/8-inch diameter mounting bolt.

Pole Brace Connector Bracket:
Features:
Pole brace connector brackets will permit an attachment angle up to 90 degrees with the pole
The pole contacting surface is curved with integral teeth for maximum stability and distribution of the load
USA5634 series has one center pole mounting bolt hole in each bracket section
PAX 138 bracket sections have three mounting holes for flexibility of normal or heavy duty bracing applications
Center pole mounting hole is used for normal loads or the two outer holes are used for heavy loads
Distance from center hole to slot is 3 inches

Pole top brackets are used to mount line post insulators and provide increased distance in separation of the middle phase

Features:
Bracket provides a sturdy base with a 30 degree angle top surface for mounting 5/8" or 3/4" short shank insulator pins or short line post insulator studs. The bottom of the bracket is designed to seat on crossarms or pole top insulator brackets up to 3-3/4" surface width and is fastened with a 3/4" diameter bolt.

Service Mast:
Features: For use with a service wedge clamp to attach the neutral wire of a drop cable to the service mast.
Material: Steel, Hot Dip Galvanized - 3/16" x 1-1/4" fabricated steel
Features:
Orient service mast brackets are attached to pipe service masts to provide a secure attachment point for service drop wire. The center of the front strap is formed in a generous radius to prevent damaging the bail of service wedge clamps.
J0590 accomodates 1-1/4" to 3" diameter pipe and SMB-40 accomodates 2" to 4" pipe diameters. Both clamps incorporate a speciallly designed slot on one end of the fron strap to permit installation of the bracket without removing the bolts. The special slot feature captures the carriage bolt shoulder to prevent it from turning or slipping out after installation.

Transformer Mounting:
Features:
These cast transformer mounts feature a locking slot for a 3/4" diameter pole mounting bolt. The mounts can be installed on the transformer prior to installation of the assembly on the pole. They are furnished with two 5/8" diameter bolts, nuts and washers for attachment to the transformer. Accomodates maximum 4000 lbs. transformer weight.

Features:
Orient has designed its J6865 and J6866 one-piece triple transformer racks to make installation easier by making them lighter. These one-piece transformer racks can be assembled with transformers on the ground and then hoisted as a unit into position for mounting on the pole. The transformer racks include a welded lifting eye to facilitate hoisting the rack up onto the pole.

The J6865 rack has 12" lug centers for mounting three, 3kVA through 50kVA transformers. The J6865 has a strength capacity of 2000 per position or a total of 6000 lbs for all three positions loaded simultaneously. Six 5/8" x 1-3/4" machine bolts are included for bolting the transformer to the rack. It is secured to the pole with two 3/4" machine bolts and two 1/2" lag screws to prevent the installation from wobbling in the wind. Holes are provided for a groundwire lug.

The J6866 rack can be used to mount three transformers ranging from 75kVA through 333kVA (24" mounting hole spacing). The J6866 has a strength capacity of 5,000 lbs per individual position or a total of 15,000 for all three positions loaded simultaneously. Each position is designed to accommodate ANSI type "B" lug spacing. Six 3/4" x 2-3/4" machine bolts are included for bolting the transformer to the rack. It is recommended the rack be fastened to the pole with two 3/4" machine bolts and four 1/2" lag screws. Holes are provided on the rack for a groundwire lug.

Transformer Trainer:
Features: These brackets are clamped to the bottom edge of the transformer tank to provide an insulated support for the secondary leads. A polyethylene cap at the bolt end protects the outside of the transformer from getting scratched. Each bracket is shpped complete with insulator.

Trunnion:
Features: Generally used on top of transmission towers and pole tops for supporting clamps (or equivalents) holding overhead ground wires

Minumum Ultimate Stength is 2800 lbs
Containment studs will adjust to fit insulators being used. Trunnion adapter fits standard 2-1/2" diameter Polymer Post Insulators.
